Covid-19 Information

Following the pandemic development and in accordance to health safety protocols, we have decided to proceed with a hybrid conference. Attendees are free to choose whether they want to take part in presence or virtually. The programmed workshops will still be held in presence.

What is it about?



Overview

YRA aims in giving young archaeometry researchers the opportunity to present their research in a friendly environment surrounded only by young students from the same field. We would like to welcome all persons involved in archaeometry research of different nationalities and levels, from master students to first postdoctoral fellows.


Where

Young Researchers in Archaeometry conference will take place in Évora, Portugal from 24th to 27th August, 2021
Évora is small town and the only Portuguese city member of the Most Ancient European Town's Network. It is the capital of Alentejo region, in the souther-central Portugal.

You can submit you work to be present at YRA conference through our forms available in the registration page. The deadline is "31st of May, 2021. In this year's edition, YRA offers the possibility to apply for a free access to few of the instruments available at our renowed partner, HERCULES, laboratories. To know more, click "here!"
